Francis Edward Akoto is a tax expert and consultant with over twenty years’ experience in accounting and taxation for businesses and individuals. Currently he is a tax advisor to GCNET on the project of developing a tax administration software for GRA. He is the author of the book in taxation “The Insights Into The Tax Laws In Ghana”. He has been a lecturer of taxation in Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration and Centre for Business Studies for the past sixteen years He has also been a facilitator of the African University College of Communication Pensions Academy. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Ghana and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. He has been a Training Instructor of Ghana Revenue Authority for the past ten years.



Peter Ohene Kyei is a Professor and Former Rector of the Pentecost University College, He served as a Rector for two-term tenure which came to an end on July 31, 2016. He is the Apostle and Area Head of the Church of Pentecost Winneba.
John Kwaku Mensah Mawutor is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG) and holds a Doctorate Degree in Finance from the SMC University, Switzerland. He also holds a Master of Business Administration Degree in Finance from the Wisconsin International University College, Ghana.
Edward Marfo-Yiadom is an Associate Professor in the Department of Accounting, University of Cape Coast. He is also the Dean of the University of Cape Coast School of Business. He is a Chartered Accountant by Profession and a Management Consultant. He holds an MBA degree from the University of Ghana, Bachelor of Commerce First Class Honours and a Diploma in Education from the University of Cape Coast.
